Chilled Duck’s Tongue and Chinese Herb Jelly is full of collagen and cooked with angelica, chicken feet and lyceum for 5 hours, adding boneless duck’s tongue. It just melts in the mouth! Pan-fried crab cake of Deep-fried Crab Roll wrapped with Bean Curd Sheet & Pan-fried Crab Cake served with Crab Coral Sauce is made of crab shoulder meat, mushroom, shrimp glue and onion, firing with egg white for elastic taste. You can also enjoy it with crab coral sauce for an aromatic taste. Braised Eel Fillet and Preserved Vegetables in Fish Broth is an essential dish in winter. Tsui Hang Village also offers Heart-Warming Winter Delicacies, including Double-boiled Fish Head Soup with Chinese Herbs, Double-boiled Pigeon Soup with Ginseng and Steamed Pigeon with Red Dates and Cordyceps.Steamed Pigeon with Red Dates and Cordyceps is stewed with fresh ginsengs, red dates and pigeon for 5 hours. The fresh ginsengs are natural Chinese herbs without manual processing, which improve the deficiency of livers and beautifiy the skin. Red dates nourishes blood and spleen.
