Hong Kong | From October 9-11, Plaisance by Mauro Colagreco, the One Michelin-starred restaurant led by world-renowned Chef and Creator Mauro Colagreco and Executive Chef Mitsuru Konishi, introduces its new Forest Menu. This seasonal offering showcases authentic rustic flavors, capturing the essence of autumn.

Inspired by the diverse ecosystems of the forest, the menu showcases Chef Mauro Colagreco’s passion for the study and history of botany has led him to create a menu at Plaisance that explores the incredible produce to be found in the trees, shrubs and bushes – from mushrooms to roots, leaves to berries, nuts to game and the diverse palette of flavours these ecosystems offer up.

As UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador for Biodiversity, Chef Colagreco is committed to championing this crucial environmental cause through his food. Forest landscapes are home to roughly 80% of the world’s terrestrial biodiversity, providing a bountiful foundation for showcasing the breadth of edible species our planet has to offer.

Plaisance by Mauro Colagreco offers both lunch and dinner forest menu options to diners. From a lighthearted 3-course to a luxurious 6-course menu priced from HK$1,288 to HK$2,388 per person, diners will also be able to enjoy a choice of wine pairings specially selected by our sommelier.
