Valentine’s All Weekend Long at Morton’s The Steakhouse

Morton’s The Steakhouse offers up a romantic menu, all weekend long from 12 – 14 February. Couples can be sure to delight in all their favorite Morton’s dishes as part of a thoughtfully curated three-course indulgence.

At a price of HK$1,388 per head (+10% service charge), Morton’s Romantic Menu presents a wide range of appetizers including Lobster Bisque, the signature Jumbo Lump Crab Cake, a delicate Seasonal Burrata Salad, and an explosion of umami-rich Seared Foie Gras with Toasted Brioche, topped with subtly sweet apple compote.

Entrées arrive in the form of a 16oz Center-Cut Prime Ribeye with Truffle Butter, and an authentic American Wagyu Fillet (7oz) Rossini complete with trademark Seared Foie Gras & Madeira Reduction, alongside a choice of Chilean Sea Bass topped with Romesco sauce and Baked Whole Fresh Maine Lobster (2LB) (add HK$200, pre-order required).

Couples can opt to order a three-piece Fresh Oyster on the Half-Shelf enhancement at just HK$160 more to create an all-encompassing meal.

Festive diners may select one of Morton’s coveted sides to complement the entrée, including delightfully crunchy Sautéed Broccolini and Grilled Jumbo Asparagus. More substantial sides include Baked Corn Soufflé, a sophisticated spin on classic American cornbread, and aromatic Herb Roasted Potatoes.

To end the meal on a sweet note, Morton’s Romantic Menu concludes with the steakhouse’s signature Dessert Platter with a heart-shaped cheesecake as the highlight.
