tServed as the ideal gathering place for business associates, family and friends, LEVELthirty Lounge & Bar will be offering tea infused cocktails to pair up with the specially curated Chinese tapas from October 9 until December 30.

The aromatic sweetness of Huadiao wine is the perfect complement to meat. Together with the chicken wings, the traditional Chinese dish Drunken Chicken Wing ($88) is a delicate yet meaty, tender and aromatic experience.

Marinated Pork Knuckle with Plum Wine ($68) is a full-flavoured dish of slow-cooked pork on the bone. The extremely fruity plum wine used is a result of a meltingly tender meat in a sweet and fruity sauce, guaranteed to impress. Deep Fried Spare Rib with Tai O Shrimp Paste ($88) is chopped into bite-sized pieces that combine seasoning ingredients and Tai O shrimp paste before deep frying until golden. Made with succulent shrimp and cheddar, the Cheesy Shrimp Spring Roll ($88) is bound to wow your palate. Mini Chinese Beef and Leek Pizza ($78) uses leek greens that are ideal for stir-frying. The wonderfully aromatic, with a chive-like flavor leek goes well with the lean beef and is placed on top of a mini round pizza bread to serve. A modern interpretation of the classic dumpling dim sum, the premium Steamed Shrimp Dumpling with Black Truffle and Cheese ($68) features the finest black truffles with fresh shrimp wrapped in delicate dumpling skin.

Apart from the sumptuous choices of Chinese tapas, a tempting selection of tea infused cocktails is newly presented at LEVELthirty to add some glamor to your dining experience.

Gardens of Courtyard ($98) is a Japanese green tea cocktail which is light green with fruity hints of pineapple and passion fruit. The mellow Jasmine tea is used in a cool Lady J ($88), infused with vanilla vodka and peach liqueur with a splash of fresh grapefruit juice. Earl Grey doesn’t just have a unique and tasty flavor; it is also known to improve digestion, which is perfect after a sumptuous meal. Shing Mun Cooler ($98) is an impeccable combination of Black Label, orange juice, olive juice, ginger ale and the reputable Earl Grey. Served in a classy martini glass, Derby Runner ($68) combines Bacardi rum, honey liqueur, refreshing lemon juice and robust English Breakfast Tea.

Happy hour spans from 5pm to 8pm daily, so come early to secure your favourite seat, be it the comfy sofa seats overlooking the Racecourse or the bar tables close to the wine dispenser perfect for wine lovers!
