Hong Kong, 2025 – Fresh from its recent win as #44 in the 50 Top Pizza Asia-Pacific 2025, Vesu Pizza Bar is shaking up the city’s drinking scene with “SIP happens” — a new bar program where Neapolitan tradition flirts with Hong Kong street flavours, and every pour is as bold and playful as the pizzas that made Vesu famous.

From day one, Vesu has been celebrated for breaking the rules — its pizzas a cheeky mash-up of Italian classics and Hong Kong nostalgia. Now, that same creative energy is flowing into eight new drinks: four inspired by Hong Kong, four by Italy, all unapologetically Vesu. The menu caters to every mood, from nostalgic non-alcoholic sips to punchy cocktails, listed from the lightest ABV to the strongest, with cheeky descriptions and clear ingredient notes to make finding the perfect drink easy.

Zero-Proof Stars

• Ham Ling Po (HK$98) – A cha chaan teng twist on iced Pu’er cold brew, served with a salted lime for a custom tang.

• Bo Lo Bao (HK$98) – Pineapple soda, butter foam, and coconut water — a fizzy, buttery nod to the city’s iconic bun.

• Pear Me Up (HK$98) – Pear, apple cider vinegar, and dill-cucumber water for an orchard-fresh pick-me-up.

• Yeung Ji Gum Lo (HK$138, ABV 8.6%) – The mango pomelo sago reimagined with rum, pomelo syrup, and coconut milk clarification.

• Yuen Yeung (HK$138, ABV 11.4%) – Spiked coffee-milk tea with Mr. Black coffee liqueur, three teas, evaporated milk, and a butter biscuit.

• Camomilla (HK$138, ABV 12%) – Chamomile liqueur, Cocchi Americano, and Suze bitters in a floral twist on the Americano.

• Garden Party Crashers (HK$138, ABV 12.7%) – Pea-infused gin with Ancho Reyes Verde and Seedlip Garden for a savoury kick.

• Tomato Gimlet (HK$138, ABV 22%) – Basil gin with tomato cordial, garnished with cherry tomato and basil — Italy in a glass.
