Celebrations are underway at Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong following today’s Michelin Guide, Hong Kong and Macau 2022 awards ceremony where Man Wah andMandarin Grill + Bar each retain one star status, joining 71 restaurants in the two territories to obtain this prestigious accolade. Mandarin Grill + Bar has been part of the Michelin family for 14 consecutive years, and Man Wah for 9 consecutive years. Long renowned for excellence in dining, Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong is delighted to be able to offer guests time-honoured Cantonese cuisine at Man Wah, and contemporary adaptation of classic grill specialties at Mandarin Grill + Bar.

Leading the hotel’s culinary team is Executive Chef Robin Zavou.
