His precision and creativity in the art of yakitori elevate every skewer to ultimate satisfaction, blending tradition with innovation into a one of a kind experience. Renowned for his patented method of aging chicken to unlock its deepest flavors, Chef Kawaguchi earned acclaim when his Yakitori Yamato debuted on Tabelog’s “Top 100 Yakitori” list in 2010, the same year he opened the original restaurant in Osaka Japan.
