Zoku Restaurant & The Terrace Launches its Weekend Brunch Menu at The Hari Hong Kong

Mark your calendar! From Saturday 23rd April, Zoku Restaurant & The Terrace will be open for weekend brunches. Zoku’s brunch menu will be available every weekend on Saturdays, Sundays, as well as public holidays from 12pm to 5pm – offering excellent modern Japanese fare alongside the traditional Italian weekend brunch at Lucciola Restaurant & Bar – the best of both worlds now presented at The Hari Hong Kong.

Located on the second floor of The Hari Hong Kong, Zoku dispenses with all the traditional trappings of Japanese zen to present a refreshing take on Japanese cuisine – focused on quality and ingenuity. In line with the restaurant’s philosophy, expect exquisitely inventive and delectable creations by Chef de Cuisine Edwin Guzman.

To kick off the brunch feast, guests can look forward to a premium Sashimi selection of tuna, salmon, hamachi and scallops, Chalaca (oyster, onion, tomato, corn), Tiradito (tuna, caviar, cucumber, yellow chili sauce), crisp Tomato Salad, Wagyu Maki with avocado, sakana furai, and chili sauce), pork belly Bao with panca miso and sriracha mayo, and Tebayaki (grilled stuffed chicken wing).

For mains, guests can choose between Sakana Furai (deep-fried seabass, ponzu emulsion), Pork Ribs (with Nikkei BBQ sauce) or Ribeye (served with spicy soy marinate, baked sweet potato, and broccolini). Other main options feature the Uni Yakimeshi (Yamagata fried rice, sea urchin omelette) and Udon Lobster (sauteed lobster, batayaki sauce) at an additional supplement of HKD128 and HKD118 respectively.

Sinfully decadent desserts await guests in the form of a Yuzu Fruit Tart, 70% Chocolate Cone, Coconut Sorbet, Mochi Cake and Alfajor, an Argentinian cookie with dulce de leche.

The brunch menu starts from HKD688 per person for food only, HKD988 per person for a 2-hour free-flow package, and HKD1,288 per person for a 2-hour free-flow champagne package of Perrier Jouet Grand Brut NV.

All prices quoted are subject to a 10% service charge.
