For this edition, A Toast to Ten Years features 67 wines from the 2015 vintage, available by the glass — a fitting tribute to the Club’s tenth anniversary and its founding year. Each wine has been hand-selected by Wine Development Manager Constanza Cabello and Head of Wine, Asia Pacific, Richard Hemming MW, showcasing the character and diversity of the vintage across regions and styles.

“Showcasing 2015 isn’t only about the great wines and the great regions,” says Richard Hemming MW. ‘It’s about sniffing out the lesser-known gems and curiosities that showcase one of wine’s most compelling qualities: the ability to develop uncanny complexity after many years in the bottle.

Among the highlights are the 2015 Louis Roederer Cristal Brut, 2015 Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Clavoillon from Domaine Leflaive, and 2015 Penfolds Grange; the full selection begins at HK$88 by the glass with 2015 Josmeyer Les Pierrets Riesling, 2015 Château Simard St Émilion and 2015 Chapter & Verse Tempranillo among others.
