Singapore – The St. Regis Singapore, long celebrated as the city’s best address, proudly announces the completion of its extensive, multi-phase renovation which includes the reimagining of its guestrooms, suites, signature restaurants and bar, and event spaces, ushering in a new chapter for the House of Astor.
Led by acclaimed design studio FBEYE International, the transformation pays poetic homage to the Singapore Botanic Gardens, a UNESCO World Heritage Site located just minutes away. Across the hotel’s 299 newly redesigned guest rooms and suites, botanical hues, natural textures, and bespoke furnishings create an atmosphere of refined comfort, complemented by sustainable features such as motion-activated LED lighting and potable water taps.
A New Chapter for Dining at The Best Address
Anchoring the hotel’s culinary evolution are three new concepts — Sophia, The St. Regis Bar, and The Tea Room — each offering experiences that reflect the brand’s legendary heritage through a modern lens.
“This marks a new era for The St. Regis Singapore — one that continues to honour our brand’s legacy while embracing modern sophistication,” said Nick Heath, General Manager.

Sophia: The Art of Italian Hospitality
Sophia celebrates authentic Italian cuisine under the direction of Chef de Cuisine Angelo Sergio, bringing together beloved recipes from 11 regions of Italy. Signature dishes include Tagliatelle Atavi e Porcini, Bistecca alla Fiorentina, and a handcrafted Tiramisu passed down through generations. The experience is complemented by over 70 Italian wine labels and signature cocktails.
The St. Regis Bar & The Tea Room

The new St. Regis Bar embodies the glamour of early 20th-century Manhattan, featuring the Time After Time cocktail menu by Head Bartender Kelvin Saquilayan, with signature creations such as the Merlion Sling and The Straits Mary.
Nestled within the lobby, The Tea Room redefines the St. Regis Afternoon Tea ritual with tableside tea service, unlimited scones, and a refined garden-inspired setting. The adjacent Patisserie offers gourmet takeaways and locally roasted coffee.
Distinctive Celebrations
The newly redesigned John Jacob Ballroom reaffirms its reputation as the city’s prestige venue for grand occasions, featuring skylights, crystal floral chandeliers, advanced LED walls, and state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems. Five refurbished meeting rooms on level one cater to more intimate events.
