Guests are invited to raise a glass to the season with the Perrier Jouët Champagne Afternoon Tea by the harbour, a luxe afternoon tea experience pairing elegant savouries, delicate sweets and a celebratory pour of Perrier Jouët Champagne for every guest—served against a picture-perfect harbour backdrop.  This tea set is served from 1 April to 30 June 2026.

The Mistral Italian restaurant of InterContinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong invites guests to raise a glass to the season with the Perrier Jouët Champagne Afternoon Tea by the harbour, a luxe afternoon tea experience pairing elegant savouries, delicate sweets and a celebratory pour of Perrier Jouët Champagne for every guest—served against a picture-perfect harbour backdrop.

Guests begin with a quartet of refined bites—each built to complement Perrier Jouët’s fresh, floral character. Highlights include:

  • Rosette: smoked salmon • yuzu blinis • crème fraîche • Ossetra caviar — a delicate blini rosette topped with smoky salmon, bright yuzu and a luxe caviar finish.
  • Tartare: marinated prawn tart • mango • chili • coconut foam — a tropical-meets-spicy bite with mango sweetness, gentle heat and airy coconut foam.
  • Jambon de Parme: Parma ham • asparagus • lemon zest mascarpone — silky Parma ham with crisp asparagus, lifted by lemon-zest mascarpone for a clean finish.
  • Mille-feuille: mozzarella • semi dried heirloom tomatoes • basil pesto — layered like a savoury mille-feuille with creamy mozzarella, sweet tomatoes and fragrant basil pesto.

The experience continues with a dessert set designed to photograph beautifully from every angle—vibrant colours, glossy finishes and aromatic notes that echo the champagne pairing.

  • Dome: passionfruit mousse • Champagne jelly • almond sable — a glossy passionfruit dome with a bubbly Champagne jelly centre and nutty almond crunch.
  • Madeleine: mascarpone cream • fresh figs — buttery madeleine paired with light mascarpone cream and fresh figs for a soft, creamy bite.
  • Lemon Tart: lemon curd • Italian meringue — crisp tart shell with zesty lemon curd, finished with silky Italian meringue.
  • Crème Cuite: rose panna cotta • raspberry sphere • lychee — floral rose panna cotta with a raspberry burst and a refreshing lychee finish.
  • Macaron: almond meringue cookie • raspberry chocolate ganache — classic almond macaron with a crisp shell and indulgent raspberry chocolate ganache.
  • Scone: scone • British clotted cream • strawberry jam — warm, fluffy scone served the traditional way with clotted cream and strawberry jam.
