Garden Lounge launches Seasonal Sea Cucumber Menu

Garden Lounge invites guests to savour its latest specialty seasonal menu, highlighting the treasured Sea Cucumber at the heart of a sophisticated dining experience. Showcasing the ingredient’s versatility, Chef de Cuisine – Chinese, Kenny Chan presents four distinct, masterfully crafted dishes that infuse traditional technique with contemporary flair.

Sea Cucumber has long been regarded as a premium nourishing delicacy. Rich in collagen and amino acids, it is prized for its skin-rejuvenating properties and its ability to nourish the body. From Chiu Chow style appetisers to luxurious double-boiled soups and inventive noodle creations, this limited-time offering highlights the sea cucumber’s celebrated texture and ability to absorb complex, layered flavours.

The 4-course seasonal menu is priced at HKD 788 and includes the following dishes. The items are also available for à la carte order.

  1. Chilled Sea Cucumber in Marinated Seafood Sauce, Chiu Chow Style (HKD 288):

A classic appetiser that emphasises refreshing texture and the mouth-watering flavours of a traditional marinade.

  1. Double-Boiled Old Hen with Fresh Abalone, Fish Maw, and Sea Cucumber (HKD 298)

        A nourishing soup that combines premium ingredients for an umami-rich and nutritious broth.

  1. Pan-Seared Stuffed Crispy Sea Cucumber with Scallion (HKD 488)

Stuffed with seasoned shrimp paste, pan-seared, then deep-fried in a crispy batter. Served with a luscious sauce of scallion oil and simmered broth.

  1. Black Truffle Sea Cucumber Scallion Oil Noodles (HKD 318)

A contemporary signature that brings together the deep, earthy aroma of black truffle and the fragrant allure of scallion oil, elegantly tossed with silky noodles and tender sea cucumber.
