Dining to Spoil the Heart of the Family This Mother’s Day

This Mother’s Day, elevate the art of celebration through a dining experience that feels both personal and refined. From relaxed, all-day moments to Michelin-starred indulgence, The Arcane Collective presents a series of curated menus designed to honour the occasion with care and flavour.

At the heart of the offering is Arcane, which opens its doors on Sunday, 10 May for a rare and exclusive service. Known for its elegant approach to seasonal European cuisine, Arcane offers both a four-course lunch menu (HK$988) and a more indulgent six-course experience (HK$1,388) available for lunch and dinner.

The menu unfolds with precision and lightness — from Japanese fruit tomato paired with fermented red pepper pesto and feta, to raw Hokkaido scallops elevated with Oscietra caviar and a delicate dashi vinaigrette. For mains, the lightly grilled Murray cod offers a clean, seasonal expression, while the pan-roasted Mayura Wagyu rump cap takes centre stage in the extended menu, delivering depth, richness and a refined finish. The experience concludes with a bright and airy pavlova, layered with Gariguette strawberries and mango passion fruit sorbet.

For a more relaxed celebration, Servo offers a dedicated Mother’s Day menu from 6 to 13 May — an all-day affair that feels effortlessly inviting. The menu leans into comforting yet elevated flavours, from the floral sweetness of a strawberry and rose lamington to the crisp, buttery layers of a cherry tomato tarte fine paired with creamy stracciatella.

Now open for Sunday brunch, Servo brings a lighter, more casual energy to the occasion. Signature dishes like smashed avocado on toast or the Mayura Wagyu brisket “bap” offer satisfying options for slow mornings, complemented by fresh salads, smoothies and coffee for a balanced finish.

Whether choosing the understated elegance of Arcane or the laid-back charm of Servo, the experience is ultimately about connection — a moment to pause, gather and celebrate through the simple pleasure of good food.
