The menu has been curated by Chef Matteo with Beef carpaccio, Fusilli with porcini & pork sausage ragu, Black truffle tagliolini with parmesan (swapped to luxurious white truffle in the Oct to Dec season), Braised beef cheek, Chicken roulade, Tableside tiramisu, etc.
