Crab out on Cruise’s rooftop with a 1kg Mud Crab and all-you-can-eat crab dishes!
Cruise Restaurant & Bar introduces a new weekly dining concept that leans into indulgence, with its Thursday “Holy Crab Night” offering a more focused take on seafood-led dining in the city.

Set against the backdrop of Hong Kong’s skyline, the experience centres on a 1kg mud crab shared between two guests, prepared in a choice of flavours including Singapore chilli, typhoon shelter, Nyonya curry, or a simpler steamed version with ginger. The approach remains straightforward, allowing the ingredient to take the lead while offering variation through preparation.

Beyond the main course, diners can move into a 90-minute all-you-can-eat format, built around crab-focused appetisers and signature dishes. The selection includes familiar highlights such as Blue Swimming Crab Salad with kaffir lime toast and Crab Tom Yum Soup, alongside more casual additions like Crab Omelette with sriracha, deep-fried soft-shell crab and crab fried rice. For those looking to extend the experience, desserts can be added separately, with options including cacao and coconut, mango sticky rice or ice cream.

The format reflects a more social and flexible approach to dining, where structure is defined by time rather than courses, allowing guests to move through the menu at their own pace. It’s less about formal dining and more about a shared, experience-led evening.
“Holly Crab Night” is available at Cruise Restaurant & Bar every Thursday from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM starting 21 May 2026, priced at HK$548 per person, inclusive of a shared 1kg mud crab (per two guests) and 90 minutes of unlimited crab dishes.
