Situated at the tip of the Ocean Terminal Extension Harbour City, Harbourside Grill makes the most of its exquisite location with the city’s best alfresco dining on its spectacular outdoor terrace, and continues to be a prime choice for sunset cocktails, leisurely dinners and luncheons, and special occasions. This November, Harbourside Grill presents a new a la carte menu, featuring dishes from the restaurant’s signature selection, as well as enticing new additions.
Helming the kitchen at Harbourside Grill is Executive Chef Armand Sablon. Born and raised in Brighton and a recipient of the coveted Roux Scholarship, Chef Sablon trained under Marc Haeberlin at three Michelin-starred Auberge de l’lll in Alsace, one of the finest restaurants in France. Chef Sablon has also worked in the kitchens of some of London’s leading hotels, including The Lanesborough, the London Hilton on Park Lane, the Zetter Hotel, and Hotel Café Royal in Regent Street, where he oversaw all outlets within the hotel.
At Harbourside Grill, Chef Sablon presents a grill-centric menu laced with French finesse, offering diners a refined culinary experience.

Key to the menus at Harbourside Grill are the finest cuts of meat cooked in a Spanish Josper Grill. The restaurant now offers a selection of delectable new additions, ranging from Chef Sablon’s take on seared scallops, served with crispy pork belly, pumpkin purée, and dressed with truffle sauce; poached prawns and sea bass tartare, served with avocado and al dente quinoa; seared Scottish salmon topped with clams and served on a pillow of broccoli purée; and the beautifully baked wild mushroom and asparagus Vol-au-Vent with winter truffle.
A true showstopper is the seafood platter selection. This stunning and top quality seafood platter can be matched with the restaurant’s spectacular setting on the alfresco terrace as well as in the spacious dining room.
Some of these new dishes will also be featured in the restaurant’s popular weekday set lunch menu, which is available from Monday to Friday, from 12 pm to 3 pm, and is priced at HK$228 for two courses or HK$268 for three courses. All prices are subject to 10% service charge.
