Lacoste has opened its flagship store in Hong Kong, set within the Grade I historic Pedder Building in the heart of Central. The new address marks a significant milestone for the brand in the region, reflecting its commitment to heritage, design innovation, and local culture.
The store’s interior reimagines the building’s iconic arches as defining spatial elements, creating distinct yet connected environments across Womenswear, Menswear, Sport, and the Iconic Polo — delivering a fluid, immersive retail experience.

Lacoste has collaborated with two artists to give the space a strong cultural identity. Hong Kong-based artist Alvin c.k. Lam contributes a bespoke painting inspired by the Pedder Building façade and the spirit of the city, while Belgian artist Mathilde Wittock of MWO Design reinterprets in-store furniture using upcycled tennis balls — a nod to Lacoste’s tennis roots and circular design ethos. A neon installation and a series of locally inspired exclusive patches further anchor the store to its Hong Kong setting.
To celebrate the opening, Lacoste has launched a limited-edition Hong Kong capsule featuring a graphic of the city skyline, Victoria Harbour, and the Pedder Building, alongside customisable locally inspired patches. The SS26 runway collection is also available in-store.
“With this new flagship, we wanted to express Lacoste’s identity in a way that resonates with Hong Kong’s cultural vitality. While Lacoste was born from tennis, it has always been about more than sport. This store reflects a way of living shaped by movement, elegance and freedom.” — Éric Vallat, CEO of Lacoste
